The Center has developed a Protocol for the Prevention of Violent Behavior, which aims to reduce antisocial and violent behavior and protect students from violence. Students themselves will participate in the current activities through individual and group activities, together with the teaching staff and parents, both in regular teaching activities, class hours and in the implementation of extracurricular activities. Within the framework of this program, the Center will establish cooperation with security institutions by holding educational workshops for students. Cooperation with these institutions will continue this school year.
Within the framework of the program for cooperation with parents, as well as through cooperation with institutions in the immediate and wider environment, activities will be implemented in the school in which parents, students and teachers will participate in order to contribute to improving the socio-emotional state of students.
Preventive program against violence
The goal of this program is to prevent violent behavior in school and to educate students about nonviolent conflict resolution.
Preventive program against addictive diseases
The goal of this program is to reduce the abuse of narcotic drugs and educate students through content from all school subjects about the harmful effects of the abuse of these drugs. By engaging in various activities and projects, students will build and prefer healthy lifestyles.
The school will cooperate with the Center for Social Affairs. Ministry of Internal Affairs – Department for Juvenile Delinquency and non-governmental organizations to help those students who show antisocial behavior. These students will be involved in various projects and activities.
School safety
All subjects involved in the educational process need to feel safe and secure in school in order to be able to successfully perform their work. Parents also want their children to experience school as a safe environment and to feel comfortable. For this purpose, the Center has video surveillance, teachers on duty, educators on duty and a security guard service.
Positive socio-emotional climate
This school year, the Center will continue to pursue a policy of equality and fairness in its relationship with all students and parents and continuously encourages religious, national and cultural tolerance. To this end, several activities will be undertaken: the developed rulebooks and criteria for imposing pedagogical measures, criteria for awarding awards and praise to students, a code of conduct for students and a code of ethics for assessing student achievements will be applied equally to all students; equal participation of all students in curricular and extracurricular activities will be encouraged; instruments will be continuously developed to monitor the success of all students; meetings will be held to monitor the socialization and achievements of students, a student file will be kept for all students, and works of all students will be exhibited regardless of gender, nationality and religious affiliation.
Students will continuously and timely receive information about everything that is directly related to them and their interests, and will be enabled to express their views and opinions and participate in solving the problems that affect them, as well as making decisions about them. This will be achieved through: processing of classroom content in which students will be actively involved, and which relate to various problems that are of interest to them; the school community within which students will receive information that is of interest to them, but will also transfer the problems they feel to the school community and will be enabled to initiate initiatives to solve them; various debates through which students will express their views and opinions on various topics that they will choose themselves; surveys through which students’ opinions on topics that are of interest to them will be examined, and their opinions regarding them will be taken into account.
Parents will be continuously and timely informed about everything that concerns their children as well as about all activities that will be undertaken at the school within the framework of teaching and extracurricular activities, and will also be given the opportunity to get involved in the teaching process and extracurricular activities. This will be achieved through parent meetings, the Parents’ Council, the School Board, the daily openness of the school to parents, but also through individual conversations with class teachers, teachers, the principal, the pedagogical service, through the production of flyers, etc.
Within the school’s priority for educational support and professional development by improving the application of the knowledge acquired from the trainings, an action plan has been prepared in which internal trainings are planned in cooperation with non-governmental organizations, accredited institutions, participation in international projects and in cooperation with the BDE, MES. During the year, depending on the current activities and projects by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, Non-Governmental Organizations and international projects, our school employees will be able to attend seminars, trainings, projects, symposiums, conferences.
Continuously during the school year, actions and campaigns will be implemented for:

Reducing electricity consumption
Beautifying and greening the schoolyard
The actions and campaigns are implemented in order to promote environmental activities in the wider community, to raise awareness and to involve a larger number of students, children, employees, parents, media, etc.
By implementing the actions, cooperation between students, employees, parents and the local population will improve, and at the same time, everyone together will contribute to creating a sustainable world.
