Production and other socially useful work is the basis for developing and stimulating the positive attitude of students towards social values, the values of collective living, encouraging a sense of community and belonging and sustainable development of nature. These activities are aimed at improving the living and working environment in school and outside it. The goal of production and other socially useful work is to develop love and a positive attitude towards work in general and, in particular, to cultivate respect for the working person and the results of labor. To contribute to a correct understanding of the role of physical and intellectual labor in human life.
The tasks of production and other socially useful work are:
to develop a positive attitude towards labor in students, orderly and timely performance of tasks;
to contribute to the development of perseverance in work, orderly and timely performance of tasks;
respect for one’s own, but also other people’s labor, mutual cooperation and assistance;
to develop a love for nature and natural beauties;
to create habits among students for maintaining hygiene in the school and its surroundings;
In this sense, the school’s work program provides for activities with a socially beneficial purpose. These activities will be implemented in accordance with the state recommendations for mass work actions, but also within the framework of regular school activities.
Students, teachers, educators, parents, and in certain forms the school’s technical staff will participate in these socially important actions, additional activities by employees, students and other persons, if possible, the Center will continue to stimulate them in order to achieve even better results
It is organized on non-working days and free time. Within the framework of regular school activities, the following socially beneficial actions will be organized at the Center:
improving the aesthetic appearance of the interior of the Center
care for hygiene, order and discipline in the classrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and the school yard.
The beginning of the new school year and the admission of first-year students will be marked by the first parent-teacher meeting. Parents will be introduced to the organized structure of the school and their rights and responsibilities.
In September, the World Day of the Deaf will be celebrated with activities organized by the National Union of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing of the Republic of Macedonia
In October, the school will celebrate the “Day of the Uprising of the Republic of Macedonia” and the “Day of the Macedonian Revolutionary Struggle” with reading of reports – On October 29, the Center’s patron saint’s day will be celebrated through a series of activities – a ceremonial performance prepared by the students with the responsible educator, organizing a ceremony of the students’ choice
In December, December 3rd will be celebrated – the day of people with special needs together with the National Union of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing of the Republic of Macedonia and the Faculty of Special Education, the Day of St. Clement of Ohridski’’.
In the activities on the occasion of the New Year holidays, in addition to students and teachers, parents will also take an active part in decorating the classrooms. The end of the calendar year will be marked with a suitable entertainment program.
In March, International Women’s Day will be celebrated with a reading of a report and personal works. Ecology Day will be celebrated through various activities in which parents will be involved, with the aim of arranging the space in the school and the schoolyard.
The first day of April will be marked with an organized masquerade ball, “Joke Day”. On April 7, “World Health Day” will be celebrated. On April 28, “World Earth Day” will be celebrated through a series of ecological activities.
During the month of May, important dates will be celebrated, including: May 1 – “Labor Day”, May 4 – the Day of the Death of Goce Delchev” and May 24, “Day of the Macedonian Educators”.
In May, a party will be organized on the occasion of the departure of the graduates from the Center.
