💚 As part of the Generalka weekend, and upon the recommendation of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Bureau for the Development of Education, an Eco Class was held in our school today with an interesting and educational experiment – obtaining bioplastics from orange peel. 🍊♻️
Students from the textile and mechanical engineering professions actively participated in the experiment, during which they had the opportunity to practically get acquainted with modern ecological solutions and ways to utilize organic waste in creating biodegradable materials.
The experiment was taken from the educational materials of REC North Macedonia, in cooperation with UNICEF North Macedonia.
Through this activity, students developed environmental awareness, research spirit and teamwork, connecting chemistry knowledge with real examples from everyday life. 🌱🧪
